400A TP & N Supply & mezzanine fit out works - 2026
Elec Cert Ltd completed the following works in Jan/Feb 2026 & were responsible for the design, installation & commissioning for one of our blue-chip clients.
Raising of existing 250A overhead busbars to accommodate the installation of mezzanine floor.
Installation of 400A TP & N supply from main LV panel to mezzanine area (150 mtrs) to include containment spanning across main production area.
Installation of additional 400A MCCB within main LV panel.
Installation of additional 250A overhead busbars underneath new mezzanine.
Installation of containment for fire alarm system.
Installation & design of LED lighting scheme.
Installation of 12 way TP& N distribution board & supply to AC condensers.
Relocation of existing 12 way TP & N distribution boards.
Installation of final circuits feeding roller door supplies & goods lift.
All works completed on time within the clients’ tight timescales, with works being carried out in & out of normal hours.

Another Thermal Imaging Inspection of electrical switchgear and control panels carried out this week by our qualified Thermographers at Elec Cert Ltd. From Apprentice to Electrician
Kai joined Elec Cert in 2019 as an apprentice.
5 years later we are pleased to announce Kai has completed his apprenticeship and is a fully qualified Level 3 Electrician.
